The Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) program at RSMT is a three year full time under graduate course affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith ,Varanasi. It is a well balanced challenging program that directly reflects the needs of the industry. RSMT has a separate department of excellence with highly respected and well-recognized faculty which manages the MCA programme.


Candidates applying for BCA must possess a 10+2. Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination or those awaiting their results are also eligible to apply. They shall however be admitted, subject to successfully clearing the entrance test conducted at RSMT at the time of admissions.

Selection Process

Admission process starts with filling up the registration form, offered by RSMT Varanasi. Admission in Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), takes place on the basis of the aggregate score obtained in Written Test.
To participate in written test, candidates are required to fill up RSMT Registration Form which can be obtained from Campus Office of the Institute on payment of Rs. 500/- in cash or can also be downloaded from our website and sent along with a DD of Rs.550/- in favour of "Rajarshi School of Management & Technology", payable at Varanasi..

Physical Application Form:

Applicants need to fill RSMT Registration form, which can be obtained from RSMT office on payment of Rs. 500(Cash) .
RSMT Registration Forms may also be downloaded from our website and can be sent duly filled along with a DD of Rs. 550 as a registration fee in favour of " Rajarshi School of Management and Technology " payable at Varanasi.

Last Date for Submission of Physical Forms:

Candidates sending filled-in application forms by Courier must do so sufficient time in advance, so as to ensure that their filled in application forms are received within the deadline of the Programme.

Admission Offer

Successful candidates will be intimated of their final selection individually and through our website. The selected candidates will have to pay the first installment of fee by the given deadline, failing which their offer of admission would be forfeited, without any further intimation.
