****************************************

The three-day National Youth and Faculty Outreach Program, held as part of Modi Mahotsav-2025: Modi @ 75, concluded with grandeur at the RSMT auditorium on Wednesday. Organized under the aegis of the Center for Narendra Modi Studies (CNMS), New Delhi, the event was dedicated to the 75th birth anniversary of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Mahotsav drew its inspiration from the vision of Developed India-2047: Vishwaguru Bharat, aiming to engage students and faculty in value-based education and nation-building initiatives.

Padma Shri Dr. Rajnikant, the Chief Guest, in his keynote address, described today’s youth as the real strength of India. He noted that the dream of a self-reliant and developed India, envisioned by Prime Minister Modi, can be realized only through the innovation, energy, and intellectual capital of the younger generation. “When youth connect their abilities with the spirit of Nation First, they can transform India into a global leader of values and culture,” he said.

Highlighting the importance of language, Dr. Rajnikant stressed that events like Modi Mahotsav should not only promote English but also encourage the use of Hindi and regional languages to foster cultural and intellectual awareness.

Prof. Gorakhnath, from the Department of Hindi, UP College, while judging the debate competition, emphasized the significance of Hindi and Sanskrit in shaping national thought.

Several competitions were held during the Mahotsav, including Policy Paper Writing, Debate, and Digital Art.

  • Piyush won first place in the Digital Art Competition.

  • Anjali Srivastava secured first position in the Debate Competition.

  • Dr. Vinita Kalra was conferred the Global Guru Award in Policy Paper Writing.

Dr. Aparna Singh, member of the CNMS Global Advisory Council, said the Mahotsav was not merely a celebration but a platform to involve youth in constructive national discourse. Similarly, Dr. Shraddha Singh from Banaras Hindu University highlighted the need for young people to take an active role in realizing the vision of India as a Vishwaguru.

It was noted that all competition entries were invited exclusively in Hindi, giving participants the chance to think, write, and speak in standard Hindi.

The winners were felicitated with trophies, certificates, and cash prizes. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Vinita Karna.

On this occasion, Anurag Singh, Dr. Preeti, Dr. Garima, Dr. C.P. Singh, Rameshwari Sonkar, Himanshu Gupta, Vikas Shukla, along with many academicians, social workers, and students were present
