RSMT Varanasi was established in the year 1999.
2) What are the different courses being offered by the Institute?
We are offering Master of Business Management (MBA), Master in Computer Applications (MCA), Master in Computer Application-Lateral Entry (MCA-L), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). We have also started O level course acceredited by National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT),(erstwhile DOEACC Society), an Autonomous Scientific Society under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MoE&IT), Government of India.
3) Who all are eligible for admission in these courses of RSMT Varanasi?
A graduate in any discipline, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (or 45% in case of SC/ST/OBC Category) from a recognized university is eligible for admission to our MCA & MBA courses. For MCA course student must have mathematics at 10+2 level. The candidates appearing for their final year examination/ awaiting final year results can also apply. Intermediate or 10+2 in any discipline is sufficient eligibility for admission in BBA / BCA course at RSMT Varanasi. Mathematic at 10+2 level is mandatory for admission in BCA.

MBA and MCA Course affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. Undergraduate courses are approved by Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidhyapeeth (MGKVP), Varanasi & O Level Course by NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology) which is recognized by Government of India and was earlier known as DOEACC (Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Classes).
6) How is the Placement of the Institute?
We are having a well established Placement Cell working for our students for the last 13 years. The students never face a problem in getting a job, with a good salary from a company of repute. (We have above 90% placement). For more details, you may refer to the Placement section on the website.

Scholarship are available to all the students of BBA, BCA, MBA & MCA under the scheme of Department of Social Welfare, Govt of India. We also assist students in obtaining educational loans through nationalized banks.
11) What are international linkages of RSMT?
RSMT is having foreign collaboration with Washington State University, USA for the purpose of student and faculty exchange, foreign industrial visits, joint research activities etc.
