Dr. AMAN GUPTA has passed MBA from Barkatullah University, Bhopal with dual specialization in Marketing & Personnel Management. He has also 2- years (Full Time) Advance Diploma In Rural Technology Development & Management from I.E.R.T. Allahabad; M.Sc.(IT) from AAI Deemed University, Allahabad. He is NET qualified (2012) and Ph.D. from M.G. Kashividyapith, Varanasi. He has presented papers in national and international conferences, attended QIP's, workshops and FDP's . He has many papers published in Management journals of repute & contributed book chapter in edited books. He possesses rich experience of over 18 years in the field of teaching & 2 years in Industry. His key areas of interest include Strategic Management, Managerial Economics, Operations Research & Rural Management.
Dr Vinita Kalra, PhD, is Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Rajarshi School of Management and Technology, Varanasi, India. She has presented research papers at major management institutions in India, including the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmadabad and IIM Bangalore, and she has authored approximately 15 research papers and articles published in various reputable national and international journals. Her areas of interests include microfinance, behavioral finance, and security analysis.
Dr. Preeti Singh has an Honors degree in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University and a Management degree from the University of Lucknow. She earned her PhD from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi. She has 19 years experience of teaching various core and specialization courses of Marketing at Graduate and Post Graduate levels in various institutes. She has qualified UGC Net in Management. Dr. Singh has many quality research papers and has edited 6 books. Her research interests are in areas of Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Healthcare, Organisational Behaviour, Cross-Cultural Management, and Contemporary Marketing Practices.
Mr. P.N. Singh qualified NET Exam in 2001 & completed MBA with specialization in H.R.M. & Industrial Relations from Banaras Hindu University the same year. He has experience of more than 11 years in industry and academia. He has participated in many national seminars & FDP Programs.
Mr. Mahesh Pratap Singh has done post graduation in Statistics, U.P. College, Varanasi followed by P.G.D.B.M. by School of Management Science, Varanasi with dual specialization in Marketing & HRM and MBA. Mr. Singh has industrial work experience of over 14 years with reputed firms like Castrol, BPL, Zandu Pharma, Britannia Industries Ltd. etc.

Dr. Rajendra Sharma, Ph. D, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Rajarshi School of Management and Technology, Varanasi, India. Mr. Sharma has MBA with specialization in Marketing and Information Technology. He has also done M.Sc. in Statistics. He has total 20 years of experience, 4 years industry and 16 years teaching experience in various institutes of repute. His areas of interest are Business Statistics, Marketing, Operations Research & Production Management. Dr. Garima Anand is MBA from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith majoring in Finance. She has more than 20 years of rich experience consisting of - 9 years industry experience mainly in banking and insurance sector from Delhi NCR and 12 years of teaching experience in Varanasi.She has completed PHD in Business Economics area of Management from VBSPU, Jaunpur and is also CET qualified. Her core competence areas include Business Communication, soft skill development, Insurance & Risk Management, Accounting, Banking, Research Methodology, Mutual funds & Behavioral Finance. She has more than 2 Published research papers in UGC peer reviewed listed journals and has also attended many national seminars & international conferences in India and presented papers in her research area.
She is also the Coordinator of Training and Placement Cell (MBA & BBA) in Management Dept and also handling responsibilities of Girls hostel in campus .
Dr. Brijesh Kumar Yadav has obtained Ph.D. in Management from Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. Presently, he is working as Assistant Professor of management department at Rajarshi School of Management and Technology, UP College Campus, Varanasi. He has qualified NET/JRF in 2009. He holds MBA (Marketing and Finance) from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. He has more than 10 years of teaching, research, and corporate experience in prestigious institutes including Department of Agricultural Economic, Institutes of Agricultural Sciences, BHU.
