Varanasi, September 10, 2026: MBA students of Rajarshi School of Management and Technology (RSMT) gained valuable insights into leadership, effective communication and decision-making during a special guest lecture held on Thursday at the institute.
Ms. Lipi Nagayach, IPS, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Varuna Zone, was the keynote speaker at the session. Interacting directly with the students, she emphasized that professional success depends not only on subject knowledge but also on the ability to understand situations, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership and make appropriate decisions under challenging circumstances.
The programme began with a floral tribute to the portrait of Rajarshi Ji, followed by the ceremonial welcome of the chief guest by Prof. Sanjay Singh, who presented her with a bouquet. Mr. Vivekanand Singh addressed the gathering on issues related to student welfare and career development.
During the interactive session, Ms. Nagayach responded to students’ questions on leadership, career challenges, decision-making and professional life, sharing practical perspectives drawn from her experience.
The distinguished guest was felicitated with a memento and shawl as a mark of respect and appreciation.
The programme was attended by Student Union President Sudhir, Vice President Prateek Singh, former General Secretary Shivam Singh Babu, faculty members, staff and students.
