BBA Orientation Program 2022-23

Rajarshi School of Management and Technology organised Five Days Orientation Program for its new  batch of BBA students. The main objective of this program was to give the newly admitted students a formal introduction about the college, its facilities and faculties, course overview, rules and regulations and other informations.
The Inaugural Session for BBA on 27th September was enriched with the profound knowledge and experience of Chief Guest Prof. H.K. Singh, former VC, MUIT Lucknow. Prof. Singh congratulated the newly admitted students and advised them to focus on Innovation-Based Management. He said that although in this post pandemic phase numerous changes have been witnessed by the world economy but he sees India as an upcoming super power nation because of its highest rates of youth. He feels we have tremendous scope of growth opportunities if the young generation become more innovative in their approach. He focussed on the application of practical knowledge rather than the theoretical part and advised the students to work on their 3 parameters, (abbreviated as PHD). P- Patience, H-Hard work, and D- dedication which are responsible for success in any field.
Earlier welcoming the dignitaries to the RSMT campus, Director In Charge, Professor Aman Gupta highlighted the excellence of RSMT in imparting a dynamic challenging, and ethical environment in teaching research learning, and community services. He paid tribute to the founder and architects of the institution -late Justice K.N. Singh, former Chief Justice of India and late Prof. N.K. Singh, former Chairman Airport Authority of India and Chairman of the RSMT sub- committee. Prof. Gupta commended the visionary approach of these two great personalities because of whom RSMT is today one of the leading professional institutes of Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
Guest of Honor Mr. Rajesh Bhatia, President of Small Industries Association in his deliberations advised the students to not only seek a job after the completion of the course instead work for creating jobs for self and society.
In technical session I Mr. Sanket Bangla, Director of Career Launcher, Varanasi, spoke on the development of self-confidence and recommended the students to build strength out of their weaknesses.
On Day 2, in technical session II, "Igniting the Young Minds" Mr. Neeraj Parikh Divisional Chairman, Indian Industries Association elaborated on the opportunities of the start-ups in Purvanchal to the newly admitted students and advised them to look around and have a problem-solving approach. Taking examples of "ola", "oyo rooms", and other local successful start-ups in Varanasi he highlighted the need to be more sensitive and find solutions for the existing problem in society which further can be converted into a business idea. He advised students to look around Varanasi and identify opportunities as he laid emphasis on several upcoming opportunities especially in tourism-related activities.
Mr Rajesh Kumar Choudhary, Assistant Director, Br-MSME- DO, in his deliberations gave a comprehensive overview of various Central and State government schemes for the development of start-ups, He advised students to be proactive and work seriously on their ideas to achieve success.
Later best participation certificate was given to Mr. Harshit Mittal and Mr. Akshay Kumar Singh of BBA 1st semester. Along with this certificates were also distributed to student’s Volunteers for their active participation in making the event successful.
Dir. In charge, Prof.  Aman Gupta felicitated the guests with token of love and appreciation in all the sessions and Coordinator BBA Dr. Preeti Singh, Associate Professor, extended her gratitude to the guest and others in her vote of thanks speech.
