Rajarshi School of Management and Technology (RSMT) concluded a highly successful Faculty Development Program (FDP) focused on the pivotal theme: "Transitioning from Teacher to Facilitator." The FDP was expertly led by Dr. Bhavna Chhabra, a Distinguished Educator and Professor from IBS, who brought her impressive 23 years of academic experience to offer invaluable insights.
